Live Animal Policy
• Health Guarantee: We guarantee that all live corals and fish are healthy at the time of sale or shipping. However, we cannot guarantee survival after delivery due to varying customer tank conditions.
• Acclimation Requirements: Customers must follow our Acclimation Guide (available on the website) to ensure the well-being of the animals. Failure to do so voids any guarantees.
• Returns/Refunds: Live animals are non-returnable. Refunds or store credit may be offered at our discretion if DOA (Dead on Arrival) conditions are met. See Section 5.
3. Shipping Policy
• Live Animal Shipping:
• We ship live animals Monday–Wednesday to ensure timely delivery.
• Overnight shipping is required to guarantee the health of animals.
• Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control; however, we will assist in resolving issues.
• DOA Policy: Claims for DOA must be made within 2 hours of delivery. Clear photos or videos of the deceased animal in unopened packaging are required for claims.
• Weather Conditions: Shipping may be delayed due to extreme temperatures or unsafe conditions. Customers will be notified promptly.
4. Payment and Pricing
• All prices are listed in [Currency] and may change without prior notice.
• Payment is required at the time of order for online sales. For in-store purchases, payment is due at checkout.

5. DOA Claims and Refunds
• DOA Claim Requirements:
• Claims must include clear evidence (photos/videos) submitted via email to [email address] within 2 hours of delivery.
• Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement, store credit, or partial refund.
• Non-Eligible Claims:
• Failure to follow acclimation instructions.
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
6. Livestock Policies
• Compatibility and Suitability: Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their aquarium and other tank inhabitants.
• Special Orders: Live animals ordered specifically for a customer are final sale and non-refundable.
• WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get): WYSIWYG items represent the exact animal purchased. These items are sold as-is and are non-returnable.
7. Dry Goods and Supplies
• Returns for dry goods are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the item is unopened and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
8. Limitation of Liability
• We are not responsible for losses, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to water contamination, equipment failure, or incompatibility with tank inhabitants.
• Liability for live animal health post-delivery rests with the customer, provided the DOA policy is met.
